yourcamp.playaos.app. It gives you a real-time picture of everything that needs your attention before camp — dues, documents, shifts, shelter, and upcoming events — so you always know where you stand.
Status cards
Four cards at the top of your dashboard summarize the most important items:Dues
Shows whether your base dues are Paid or Unpaid for the current camp year. Select the card to go directly to the payment page.
Shifts
Displays the number of upcoming shifts you are signed up for. Select the card to view your full shift schedule.
Next Up
Shows the next important camp date — deadlines, events, and milestones set by your organizers. Select the card to open Important Dates for the full timeline.
Documents
Tracks how many required documents you have signed versus the total required (for example,
2/3). A “pending” label appears when signatures are outstanding. Select the card to open the Documents page.Needs attention
If any urgent items require action, a Needs attention section appears below the status cards. This section surfaces alerts for unpaid dues, unsigned documents, and mandatory meetings you have not yet RSVPed to. Each alert links directly to the relevant page so you can resolve it in one click.Onboarding checklist
The Getting Started checklist tracks the steps every member must complete before camp. Common items include:- Paying base dues
- Paying RV fees (if applicable)
- Claiming or joining a shelter
- Signing all required documents
If you own an RV shelter, your checklist will include a separate line item for RV fees in addition to base dues. Both must be paid before your shelter can be placed on camp.
Camp readiness
Below the onboarding checklist, a Camp Readiness section tracks gate-specific requirements — conditions that must be met before you can unlock certain portal features like shift signup. Each gate shows its current status and links to the action needed to complete it.Upcoming meetings
Your dashboard lists up to three upcoming camp meetings. Mandatory meetings are labeled so you can RSVP promptly. Select any meeting to see available dates and confirm your attendance.Your dietary info
If your camp serves meals, the dashboard shows the dietary restrictions on file for you. The kitchen team uses this data to plan headcounts, so keeping it current matters. Select Edit to update your restrictions on your profile.Your referral link
At the bottom of the dashboard you’ll find your personal referral link. Share it with friends you want to invite to apply for camp membership.Quick navigation
From the welcome banner at the top of the dashboard you can jump directly to:- Pay Dues — appears when dues are unpaid
